Thursday: Crispy Chicken w/ Creamy Italian sauce and bowtie pasta
Friday: Chili
Saturday: not sure. We have a family baby shower in the afternoon! Probably leftovers or pizza!
Sunday: Hamburger/chili dip
Another week with a lot of Pinterest recipes! All the ones from the past weeks have been good!

Menu Plan Monday 10-31-11
I know I have been MIA lately! Just haven't had much to say. Life is going on all around...I have just been lazy! But to try to get back on track with a menu for the week!
Monday-probably out, maybe Taco Bell before going to Trunk or Treat at my parent's church, we have a few coupons for a free taco!
Tuesday-Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole
Wednesday-Pepperoni Pizza Puffs
Thursday-Shrimp Fried Rice
Friday-Salsa Chicken
Saturday-French Chicken Broccoli Supreme
Sunday-Chicken Parmesan
Most of these recipes I found on Pinterest! Hoping they are as good as they look. It's going to be chicken week apparently! It's okay, because Publix has chicken on sale. We also have 2 ball games this week. A make up game on Thursday and a tournament game on Friday.

Zhu Zhu Babies-review and giveaway!
We were so excited to try out the new Zhu Zhu Babies! If you haven't heard of Zhu Zhu pets, I assume you don't have kids! These little hamsters are very cute, and real enough to appease the wanting of a pet...for a while anyway! The wonderful folks at MomSelect and the Zhu-niverse sent us 5 of the new Zhu Zhu Babies, a baby outfit, 1 full size Zhu Zhu pet (the mom), and a Fun Time Sleepover Playset. The Zhu Zhu babies each have their own unique name, a birthmark, and a collector number.
I knew my daughter would love it, but I was amazed that even my boys had fun playing with them! My daughter gets them out at least once a day while the boys are at school so that she can play with them with no interruption! Her favorite thing to do with them is dress them, and then put them to bed!

Yummy dinner
I made these the other night for dinner.
I wish I had taken a picture of them, but that was a crazy night! My cousin Amy and her husband came to see if they could help us figure out what was wrong with our van. It is running very rough and really doesn't want to go over 3000 RMPs. We took it to Advance to hook up to thier computer. It was reading a cylinder 5 misfire. So we changed the spark plugs and that didn't help the problem. Then Andrew and Brian changed the spark plug wire. We thought it was running better, but yesterday the check engine light came back on.
I think the next step is replace the coil pack? Whatever that is. I found a place online that people are describing the excact same problem and by changing that it works right again. So we will see, In the mean time my mother in law is letting us borrow a car and for that I am so thankful!
But these sandwiches were so good! We used Provalone chesse instead of swiss, but wow! So good! I ate them for supper that night, lunch the next day, and then for supper again last night! I think from now on anytime I made a roast in the crock pot I will put in the same seasoning. I think it would make a great gravy!

10 years...a decade?
Andrew and I had our 10th anniversary last Thursday. Wow, 10 years...sometimes it seems like it was yesterday and at others more like 20!
We didn't do anything to celebrate. He had to work late so it was life as usual. He is taking a week off week next month so we can spend some time together. As a family and just us!
I love Andrew for many reasons. He is my best friend. He makes me laugh. He makes me see the other side of problems. He is hard working. He is a good father.
We haven't always had the greatest marriage. At times it is still hard. Bills, kids, work, ect can get in the way even the best marriage. We have been through SO many hard times that I think we will make it to forever! We balance each other out. I didn't need him to make me complete, but I need/want him to make my life complete!
